1.How can I get access to the platform?
You can get access to the platform by creating an account via: https://next.brella.io/join/RailTechEurope2021. You can choose to create a Brella account or log in via Facebook, Linkedin or Google. We recommend to create a Brella account for this event. After creating an account, you can go to the link mentioned above to go the event platform from then on.
Please have a look at the explanation sheet for an explanation on how to create your account.
2. Do I need to download anything to join the event?
You don’t need to download anything. You can join from your browser by using the mentioned link https://next.brella.io/join/RailTechEurope2021. After creating your account you can use this link every time you want to join.
3. How can I start networking?
If you go to ‘people’ in the menu on your left, you find your matches. These are the people that have selected the same keywords as you did. By clicking on ‘suggest meeting’ you can plan in a 1-on-1 video meeting, based on the availability of the person. The person will receive the invitation via e-mail and can accept or decline.
It is also possible to network with people that are not a match with you. You can also look for people in the search bar.
4. How do I change my networking availability?
On the schedule page, there’s a availability section on the right side of the programme. This goes for entire days. Would you like to select availability per 15 minutes? Please do so in the ‘networking availability’
5. With whom can I network?
You can network with everybody who has selected to be open for networking within the platform.
6. Can I network with speakers as well?
If the speakers have selected that they are open for networking, you can invite them for a 1-on-1 meeting as well. So look up the speaker and check-out if he/she is available
7. Where can I find a list of the other attendees?
If you go to ‘people’ in the menu on your left you find all the attendees - Simply look up who you’re looking for in the search bar on top of the page.
8. How do I see that the person I invited for a meeting has accepted the invitation?
You will receive a notification in your email that the person you invited has accepted the meeting including the date and time.
9. Will the presentations be recorded and where can I watch the replay?
All presentations on the three stages will be recorded and will be available afterwards. You can watch the replay in the event platform under ‘streams’. When the event platform closes on April 2, you will receive a link to a page where the replay of all sessions can be watched until April 30.
10. How can I ask a question / chat during the presentations?
Go to 'Stream' in the menu on the left, and if you have a question to the speaker(s) during the presentation, you can ask them in the chat right next to the stream. The moderator will see your question coming in and will ask it to the speaker. NOTE: it's not possible to chat in 'Event home', where you also see the stream. Make sure that you click on 'Stream' in the menu on the left.
11. Where can I find an overview of the programme?
You can find an overview of the programme here.
12. How can I get into a breakout room?
If you click on ‘break out rooms’ in the menu on your left you see the break-out rooms that will take place in the coming hour. The break out rooms will open only one hour before they take place.
13. Where can I find the helpdesk?
You can contact our helpdesk in Brella.
14. How do I edit my interests?
On the home page of the event platform you find a summary of your profile next to the video. By clicking on ‘edit your profile’ followed by clicking on ‘edit interests’ you can change them.
15. How do I change my profile picture?
Go to your picture in the right corner and click on ‘account’. You then click on your profile picture to change your picture followed by ‘save’ after changing your picture.
